MEMBER EVENT: Creative Play – Art Class with Jennifer Steck

Everyone is creative, even if you can’t draw a straight line or a stick figure. Join us as we explore different ways to create critters and characters in a fun and relaxed environment. Creating a masterpiece is not the goal. The goal is to play with markers and watercolors, working our way through simple techniques you can share. Please wear clothing that can, and probably will, become a work of art.

Supplies will be provided by the session facilitator.

Jennifer Steck has created in a variety of forms and fashions throughout her adult life. After retiring from one career, she is now exploring a new one as an artist. She joined us last year for the Friday Night Art walks with an interactive art experience for children and adults alike. It was a huge hit and she has been told that several family art nights began as a result. Jennifer is a full-time artist working in acrylics and mixed media. The event will last from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
