Family Free Days: Celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month
Presented by Parker ArtsOct 6, 2019 The PACE Center
Featuring The Book of Life, an animated musical comedy film about a bullfighter who, on the Day of the Dead, embarks on an afterlife adventure to fulfill the expectations of his family and friends. This is a non-ticketed event. No reservations are necessary.
The U.S. Congress established National Heritage Months to celebrate the unique contributions made by specific cultural groups to American history, society and culture.
As a new addition to our season, Parker Arts will host three Family Free Days at the PACE Center to celebrate the associated National Heritage Month. These free family events will take place on Sunday afternoons from 2-6 p.m., and will feature traditional food, crafts and entertainment, including a family-friendly film in our Event Room. Costumes, pillows and furry (stuffed) friends are encouraged!
